You can fill these goodie bags with whatever candy you like. Use a variety of different fabrics to make a hauntingly attractive display. Just make sure they don’t get too close to any lit candles.

Cut a 9-inch square of fabric that has a spiderweb motif.
Place Halloween candies in center of fabric square. Bring corners and sides up to enclose candies.
Wrap a 6-inch-length of orange chenille stem around fabric to hold.
Wrap chenille ends around a pencil to coil. Remove pencil and arrange coils as desired.
