Cut out tag shapes (freehand or using a punch or die-cut machine) from old cards or scraps of paper. Layer on different patterns and papers with craft glue. Let dry.
Punch a hole in the tag, add ribbon and tie your tags around a gift bag or on a present. Or, tie tags around plain candle holders for a quick decoration for the mantel or tabletop.
