It's fitting that this oval mirror resembles a large porthole, as the room owes its pattern panache to stripes and checks in staid navy blue.
We love these multicolored bed curtains for a romantic bedroom. The ivory exterior makes the room feel bright and airy, while the smokey blue hue inside embraces nappers in tranquil darkness when the curtains are drawn around them.
Robin's egg blue is a gorgeous backdrop for the repeating bronze fleur-de-lis pattern on the wallpaper and the delicate coverlet on the king bed.
Periwinkle, aqua and baby blue furniture and bedding bring overall freshness to this enviable sleeping porch.
Tiffany blue paint and accent pillows suggest the ultimate in luxury in this guest bedroom, as do the sweet details on the upholstered headboard, curtain ribbon and lamp bases.
As a backdrop for white cottage-style furniture and striking citron sheets and seasonal accessories, periwinkle offers little design resistance.
With its bright but not-too-bold base color, this nursery reminds us how well patterns can play together when used in different scales.
A cobalt wall and matching bed linens give this bedroom restful, contemporary flair.
This bedroom's beachy palette is derived from the sea-blue walls, sandy curtain and blanket, and shell-white bed: We're big fans.
It's a brave move, painting a small room such a dark shade of cerulean blue. But anything goes in the guest space, and we think this setup is stylishly welcoming for visitors.
We call the pretty wall paint in this nursery "ceil"; your little guy will likely just name it "blue." Either way, it's a powerful pick for a children's sleeping space.

Well I'm kinda in love with it. I love the bedroom curtain idea. I am currently living in a studio style apartment and I think it's a great way to divide the space. I really like the bedding combo as well. I am super picky about bedding and haven't been able to find anything comparable. You wouldn't think it would be that difficult considering the bedding is pretty neutral but nothing has been quite right....I especially like the beige cover on top. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
