Most hardware stores offer complimentary shelf cuts with purchase. Ask to have the wood shelf cut into two 23-in.-long pieces and two 22 1/2-in.-long pieces. Cut doorstop molding into four 16-in.-long pieces (the same width as shelving).
Predrill holes in doorstop molding, one near each end and one in center. Mark side shelving pieces and attach doorstops to sides, as shown in diagram, with glue and 3/4-in. screws. Attach doorstops to both side pieces.
With the doorstop molding attached to the sides, attach top and bottom to the sides as shown in diagram. Predrill holes, apply glue, then secure with 2-in. screws.
Make certain the box is square, then add the eight L-plates (one on the outside of each corner on both sides) to reinforce the box.
Attach four caster wheels to the base with 3/4-in. screws.
Slide laundry baskets into the drawers. Cover exposed screw holes with the white screw covers.
