Step 1: Paint Candles

Use the dimensional paint to write "Boo" directly on the candles or on the parchment paper. (The letters can be removed from the parchment paper when dry and placed on the candles.)

Step 2: Add Ghosts

Adhere ghost shapes to the candles where desired.
