Lightly sand an
unfinished wooden shoe with a 180-grit sandpaper
block until smooth.
Prime, then paint with two coats
of enamel. Protect your paint job and get a glossier
finish with a durable topcoat of polyurethane.
Attach a picture hook under the heel, hang, and
add flowers tucked into florists' water picks.
